Scott J Limmer

Scott J. Limmer, began his legal career with an internship as a public defender in Broward County, Florida and then went on to become an associate attorney at Goldman & Goldman a law firm in New York City. After leaving Goldman & Goldman, Mr. Limmer served as an assistant district attorney for Nassau County, where, for three years, he handled a wide variety of criminal cases. In February of 1998, Mr. Limmer opened his own practice, concentrating in the area of criminal law. The firm has since expanded and not only handles criminal law cases but also Special Education Law, family law and bankruptcy cases. Mr. Limmer is a former Board member and current member of the Nassau County Criminal Courts Bar Association, a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Born in Queens, he now resides on Long Island, with his wife and two daughters.
